By accessing or using Allowed Online (the "Service"), operated by Pi Squared GmbH ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Allowed Online is a family protection service that helps block harmful content, malware, scams, and other online threats. Our service includes web filtering, device protection, and parental controls across multiple devices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. NO FILTERING SERVICE CAN GUARANTEE 100% PROTECTION AGAINST ALL ONLINE THREATS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PI SQUARED LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pi Squared GmbH from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
